The company provided both pick-up and delivery which was a big help to me. The rugs really needed cleaning because it had been some time since they were last cleaned. I was amazed when they brought the living room rug back because it was beautiful. The colors were beautiful. The rug looked brand new so I was absolutely thrilled with the service. They also wrapped the other rug to get it ready for shipment to a different house. I will definitely use this company again whenever I need some of my rugs cleaned.

I found the Zeytounian brothers friendly and knowledgeable. I brought them one Persian rug (about 4' x 7', which also needed fringe/warp repair) and one Pakistani rug (about 4' x 8'). Such excellent care for a family heirloom rug, over 120 years old! This is a family business with professional service- a world apart from the ZeroRez quick vacuum. They take your rugs to their factory and give them the full treatment. Ours needed moth treatment- they went ahead and did that for me within the original quoted price. Phenomenal work!! Carpets were extremely filthy. Had a coffee table in the center and you can see that the surrounding areas were shades darker. Same thing with our runner. We have many guests that come in and out and now, all of the carpets feel, smell and look like brand new!! I am extremely happy with the work and Anthony and Alex and the whole team were very easy to work with. Will definitely continue to due more business in the future.

I’ll be honest and say that Zeytounian rugs did an amazing job on cleaning all my rugs!! I brought in a large 8 x 10 rug and 2 runners. I swear the rugs came back like brand new and I forgot how white/cream colored they were supposed to look until I seen them again. They even smelled fresh when I picked them up.
