Big Rugs, Busy Chula Vista Homes

Tammy called it great service at a fair price from a local family business. Customers appreciate the flexibility, including wrapping the rug for the trip home. Neighbors tell us the crew is responsive and does careful work. Most South Bay rugs are large family pieces, and an oversized area rug needs a full immersion wash to come truly clean, not a quick surface pass in the living room.

From the Bay to the East Hills

Chula Vista is the second largest city in San Diego County, and it runs from San Diego Bay clear back to the foothills, so the rugs inside it cover just as much range. On the older west side, in the neighborhoods west of Hilltop Drive where the city first grew up, bay air adds a damp, salty weight to household soil. East through Rancho del Rey and into EastLake and Otay Ranch, the streets are newer, built out from the late 1980s on, and the warmer, drier air lets fine dust work its way into the pile instead. Yes. Our facility is built for room-size rugs, washed and dried flat, so a rug that fills a great room is routine here. In-home services usually cannot lay one out, immerse it, and dry it evenly the way it needs.

Yes. We pick up and deliver across all of Chula Vista, from the bayfront and the older west side out to Otay Ranch, EastLake, and Rancho del Rey.

We set a window, drive down Interstate 805, and wrap and roll the rug ourselves. If you would rather drop off, the shop is on Ronson Road in Kearny Mesa, about 25 minutes up the 805, and we can hold the finished rug there until you are ready for it.

Yes. Oriental and Persian rugs are hand washed, never machine scrubbed. We test every dye before the wash, and if a color looks unstable we use a gentler low moisture method so the pattern stays put.

We had a rug that had dog urine on it. Took it in on a Thursday and the entire rug was ready by Monday. Extremely quick turn-around time. They pick up rugs as well if you make an appointment which I will be utilizing in the future at this establishment.

I love Zeytounian! They are the best combination of professionalism and great customer service.
